Here we go again with the Island theme. I am fortunate enough to work for a
company that has a property on the west end of Grand Bahama Island. I have
been sent down to do some staff training at our resort here. All the
people are very friendly (although they may be a little intimidated by my
presence)but still the overall vibe here is very good. I went into the
capitol last night (which consists of 10 buildings) The only negative
thing I have to say is people a glued to their cell phones here even more
than in the states.

There is a real obvious imbalance between super rich and super poor and
there does not really seem to be a middle class. The official government
was only formed 33 years ago, so i believe there is the party of the rich
and the party of the poor. With all the development happening here it
appears the party of the rich is probably in power.

Anyway, the food has been really good, the people are friendly, although
lacking a really strong work ethic and the natural beauty is here.
