Healthy, Wealthy and Wise

There are two Proverbs that can Prevents you from being ill, and I love those proverbs:
"Early to bed, Early to Rise makes a man Healthy, Wealthy and Wise"
And
"Prevention is better than cure".
I think the body fats can be reduced by the various workouts. You should be a diet conscious person by taking care of your body needs as well as the ingredients you are adding in your recipe.
My name is Terry Leo and I love cooking. My favorite recipes are Roasted Turkey, Apple Pie, Marble Cake and some sweet dishes. These are high fats recipes but I can make it suitable for my body needs and prevent the fats to be exceeded. One of the worst things for me is to remember the quantity of ingredients for the recipe. I could never add a single ounce perfectly and usually my recipes are over salted or sweeten by that :(

Actually what I have done is just go to the shopping mall and purchased a brand new Eatsmart precision pro digital kitchen scale. It is very easy to use. I never make a recipe over salted and my family is happy that I am going to be a diet conscious person having my sweet little Eatsmart Multifunction digital scale. I look after my Grandma. She is a heart patient.
